Autoresponders are applications that automatically reply an email marketing message that has been sent to you and they basically give information on your company’s contact details, services and product information and your whereabouts. In this way, you can respond to a hundred thousand or more emails that have been sent to you without reading or clicking on the reply button of your email, it is a very powerful tools for internet marketing online.

Browsers usually have some options when they log onto your website. They may buy your product or service immediately or decide to leave some kind of contact like email and phone number. Thirdly, they may log onto another website especially if they have not found what they are looking for or they are not impressed with what they see. However, you can persuade them to leave their email by giving a free service or gift. This way, you can persuade them to subscribe so that they can complete an online form.

Responding to email one after the other will take so many hours especially if the number of emails are in the range of thousands.

Based on the traffic on your website, you may have to respond to 50,000 emails (Fifty Thousand Emails) in a day. In this case, you will save a lot of time if you set up your autoresponder. Some companies usually set up their autoresponders with frequently asked questions which is generally known as FAQ. This way, any question can be answered when you read through the FAQ.

In addition to the time and energy that will be saved with autoresponders, your autoresponders will respond to your email when you are not available. Examples of instances when you may not be available are when you are snoring or sleeping, after office hours, you are in a meeting, you are on vacation and you are on lunch break.
