How To Attain Additional SEO Clients

September 11th, 2009

I would like to think of myself as a bit a web promotion junkie – well I should be as I have been working in this industry for the last ten years.

I have my own web promotion website and also attempt to gain new clients by writing a letter similar to what is written below to various web designers.

The way that I work is quite simple; a client will advise me on the five main key phrases for their site and then I work to gain high rankings in Google for these phrases via various methods including the all important link building. The average monthly spend of each client is £300. I am normally able to gain top ten rankings for the majority of the phrases within a couple of months and then work hard to maintain these rankings.

I would be happy to offer this service to your clients, via your company, without them even being aware that I am involved as such; i.e you adding your fee on top. If this is of interest I would be able to lower the monthly fee to £250 per client.

At the outset I would require their five main key phrases. Obviously if they are ultra competitive such as “DVD replication” I would make a recommendation to target an alternative such as “DVD replication company” or “stuttering” could be “stuttering therapy”.

Once all parties had agreed on the phrases I would then suggest possible subtle changes to the homepage and source of the site; once these are complete I then start working on achieving those high rankings.

I work extremely hard and take a pride in the way that I conduct my business. I thrive on success and it is a real buzz to see the various websites climbing up the Google rankings.

After a few months many of my clients ask about promoting additional phrases and they are able to do this by increasing their monthly spend. They are happy to do this as they have seen the success etc.

One way links is what I focus on obtaining and I most certainly would not ever thinking of “buying these links” as that was “so last year”!

Linkvana Works: Build Great Backlinks To Your Family Friendly White Hat Sites

These days almost every online marketer recognizes that the key to high search rankings in Google, Yahoo, & MSN is getting high quality links back to your websites. Knowing that is the easy part. The difficult part is how to get those high quality links back to your websites.

I am not a believer in using just one system for building backlinks, I like to use many strategies. But I have no doubt that this blog network is a fantastic addition to my other link building methods.

What is Linkvana? Simply put, it’s a “blog network” where members can post blog posts to the network with a link pointing to their own site (links are only allowed to G rated real “white hat” websites.) And yes I said “a” link. Each blog entry must only have one link back.

This isn’t a blog network where one blog entry is posted to hundreds of blogs (which in my opinion makes that blog network way too obvious) but instead each blog entry is only posted once so there is never a duplicate content problem. Because of their strong stance against duplicate content they require all blog entries to be original hand written content. The posts only have to be 100 words so that’s not too big of a deal. They also offer an writing service where they will have someone write your posts for you for only $2 per post.

The first thing I noticed when I joined this system is how nicely it’s laid out and how easy it is to use. That is very important. A system which brings excellent results but which is very difficult to use has a major handicap. It’s very draining to me to struggle with a system which isn’t very user friendly and unfortunately that’s the case with some of the big article submission services (I won’t name any names.)

The second thing I noticed is when I started to see backlinks showing up to my sites (I like to check in Yahoo Site Explorer) from my LinkVana entries is that they were coming from domains with a high PR (PR of 4 or higherin most cases) and which were at least one year old.

If you are thinking about joining Linkvana then I highly recommend that you do it as soon as you can because linkvana has a member limit of only 300 people. You definitely want to be one of the 300 members on the inside instead of one of the millions on the outside.

How To Build Automated Backlinks – Get One Way Links On Autopilot

Almost every webmaster knows the best way to propel your website to the top of the search engine results is by getting backlinks. Not just any back links but relevant and high authority back links from other sites in your niche.

However, it isn´t always easy. A couple of years ago, link exchange networks where webmasters will exchange link among their websites was common and it work for a while. However, today, reciprocal linking is nowhere as effective as one way back links.

There are many ways to get one way links. The usual ways include requesting a link from another website though this method is highly inefficient and most webmasters don´t link out very often since it leaks page rank.

Other methods to gain one way back links include:

1. Article marketing

Posting an article to hundreds of article directories with your resource box and URL is certainly one of the best ways to gain one way back links.

2. Directory Submission

Another common way is to submit to hundreds and thousands of directory websites.

3. Social Bookmarking

There are hundreds of web 2.0 sites where you can bookmark your own site to get back links.

From my experience, these methods are not as effective as getting back links from related websites and blogs in your niche.

The best way to get quality back links is getting a back link on another website with the keyword phrase you want as the anchor text.

Although it might seem impossible, there is a way to automated this step so you can get hundreds of such one way back links. Even better, they are dripped fed so the back links accumulate over time. The best part is it takes only about 10 minutes to set up and you can leave it alone to grow back links on autopilot.

If you are interested to build one way links on autopilot, I recommend you check out this site. Learn how you can start building automated one way back links easily in less than 10 minutes.

Online Article Marketing – Great Ways To Come Up With A Good Niche Site Through Online Article Marketing

To read an updated version about how things work in article marketing also check out Free Article Marketing Information.

Article marketing has become one of the best tools that sites use to increase their page rank in search engines like Yahoo and Google; increase their site views and of course also increase their site advertisements.

If you are not familiar with the term and perhaps even thinking: What is article marketing?”, article marketing is the use of articles to promote a product or create an awareness about a topic that is closely related to the product. For instance, if you are selling a product that treats hypertension, you will have to come up with articles that will make people with hypertension take notice. And what would interest them more than an article on their illness! These articles will frequently have bio box at the end, which will detail the name of the company and their contact information. Some who are writing savvy will even be able to incorporate the product’s name into the article.

Article marketing used to only exist in flyers and mailings. But now with the world wide web, articles have proliferated sites. Not only are articles now used to market products, it is also now primarily used to promote the site and increase its page rank in search engines. With a good page rank, site views are better and therefore revenues from site advertisers will also be good.

The use of articles for this has however led to problems in article quality and reliability. Articles now have become lousy in terms of the information that it gives as well as in the way it is written. All are haphazardly done, perhaps because web site owners sacrifice quality for quantity.

But it is not yet too late. Here are some powerfull tips to make sure that you get quality articles for your web site:

1. Hire professional writers

A lot of people can write but few can write a well-written piece that is grammar mistake free and cohesive to the topic. If you create good content for your site, not only will you have presence in the search engines, you will also be considered as a site where good information can be gotten. Just look at what happened with the wikipedia. It may be more expensive though to hire professional writers but your site will however be known for quality articles.

2. Hire professionals on the field or experts on the topic

It is good to quote resource persons in your articles. Being experts in the field that you are writing about, they will lend credibility to your piece. But of course, if you can, you should also look into hiring these experts to write the articles themselves. This will be great for the site and also a great exposure for them. They will not even ask for a fee!

3. Get editors to clean up the articles

If you cannot pay good writers to do the job, at least hire an editor who can look at the articles and clean them up for you. Depending on the kind of editing involved, editors may be expensive but having clean and well-written articles will help your site get the credibility that it needs.

4. Photos.

Article marketing is not just about the articles. You also need to make sure that you have a visual representation to accompany the articles. This will make the article visually appealing to the site viewers.
